The location
No heater it was freezing! the only source of heat was the chimney and during the night we had to keep waking up to add logs

nice place to stay and a nice environment.
They had an indoor pool and the environment looks nice.
The service at the restaurant makes mistakes when we order food and when we ordered blankets they never brought them.

Very Poor
Only the view and the fireplace.
The personnel has no customer service. I didn't feel safe since the sliding door didn't close. While we were gone someone went into our room. I asked to view the video recording and was told they didn't have any cameras showing the front of our cabin. There was no internet and our phones didn't work to call. There was no water and the jacuzzi that I paid $60 extra for did not work. After all, we went thru I will never recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
